Why do I have to register?

Only when you are registered, can you take full advantage of our online shop, view prices of products and download reports and brochures. A further benefit is that your online orders are saved automatically. This allows you to re-order your consumables with just a few clicks.

How do I register?

Click "Register" at the top right hand corner. This will open a window, please fill in all fields marked with an*.

Please enter a password in the appropriate field. To ensure that your password is secure, we recommend a length of at least six characters, as well as the use of special characters, numbers, upper case and lower case letters. 

Please remember your password and e-mail address, as you will need this information for future log-ins.

I forgot my password. What do I do now?

If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one. Go to the log in area and click on forgotten password. You will receive a new one via e-mail.
