How do I search for products?
With our improved search function you will find your results quickly. Browse through our shop by industries, applications, parameters, or product.
You can also find products via the search box. Enter the appropriate keywords or item numbers.

How do I order products?
You need to be logged in to place an order online. Please go to the product detail page and click "add to basket". You will now be guided through the checkout process in five easy steps.
How do I re-order the same products?
All orders are stored in your account. Simply select "Orders" from the "My account" menu and choose the required items.
When you know the exact product codes of the items you want to purchase, you can also go to "My account" . Simply fill in the form with your product codes and quantities!
What is a wish list?
The wish list is intended to help you to keep an eye on products you are interested in, but don't want to purchase yet. Put your favourites in the wish list and decide later what you want to buy.
To create your wish list click on the product detail page and click "add to wishlist". The product is now saved and you can continue shopping. Should you decide to buy the product, click "add to basket". You will then be guided through the checkout process.
Why are there products for which I need to request a quote?
We not only sell single units, but also total system solutions. Since each customer has different requirements, these are often very individual system solutions and therefore also differ in price.
What are the shipping costs at HACH LANGE?

Over 10.000 euro freight will be 1,2 % of order value.
How long does it take to receive the ordered ggods?
For each of our products you will receive information on its availability. In some cases there may be deviations from the specified availability, for example, if an item is in high demand.
Delivery time for instruments: 2 - 4 weeks after receipt of order, unless stated differently. Please note that this lead time is an estimated time frame between order and shipment. This delivery time is not legally binding and subject to natural variations within the material flow.
Delivery time for reagents and accessories: app. one week after receipt of order.
What payment options are there in the online shop?
Currently ou can only pay by invoice. In the future we will also offer you other payment options, such as credit or debit card payment.
