Technical customer service

Servicing is just as important for analytical instruments as it is for a car. Not only does it save money, it also ensures flawless operation and reliable measurement results.

Measurement values are becoming increasingly important in production, quality control and European legislation. They need to be available, accurate and checked at all times; that's why some measurement instruments are in use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If consistent operation is to be maintained, a maintenance and service schedule is essential.

We provide you with advice and support right from the very start!

We can help you during the instrument set-up stage to save you time and money. You can then get started with your first measurements immediately. Another benefit: you get to know your personal contact during commissioning and while receiving specific training. This contact will remain alongside you for advice and practical support, offering tips and tricks to help you use your instrumentation.

WTOS — Water Treatment Optimisation Solutions

We continue to provide customer care after the optimisation phase, offering support via remote access whenever you need it. We'll also be happy to monitor the condition of the systems we supply and intervene before any failures arise so you can achieve cost savings.

By combining our on-site support with our skills in measurement and process technology plus innovative control technology, we provide you with a one-stop shop.

The remote diagnosis network provides proactive remote diagnosis performed by specialists and a monthly availability report.

Process network solution (for Profibus etc.)

We also offer the right service solution to cover your process networks. For example, we offer network consulting, a full function check and training on using the operator menu and the data logs.

Repair service allows us to restore your instrument to full functionality

If your instrument is no longer functional, our qualified technicians are on hand to help. We will repair your instrument on site wherever possible. Or, if you need an alternative to our field service, our workshop service is the perfect solution. We focus on performing repairs and restoring instrument availability as quickly as possible.
