An easy to use online silica analyser suitable for determination of SiO2 concentration from 0.5 up to 1,000 ppb with low operating and maintenance cost and adaptable measuring cycles.

The analyser is designed for measuring of low silica levels with maximal accuracy. It enables detection of early stages of resin
saturation, substantially reducing
resin regeneration costs.
Automatic 2 point calibration is performed without the need of calibration solutions or resin cartriges. The innovative zeroing method leads to a negligible offset even with significant levels of silica present in reagents or in the sample.
The analyser can operate with locally made reagents and reduces maintenance costs. Air bubble elimination in the photometric cell ensures measurement accuracy as well as integrated grab sample function for on the spot checking.
